Best of Athens: Highlights and Hidden Gems - Half Day Walking Tour

When designing this tour, I had one goal in mind: to help visitors make the most of their time in Athens, even with a tight schedule. As a traveler myself, I understand what guests hope to experience in a new destination. This 5-hour private tour offers the perfect balance of must-see landmarks and hidden gems. We’ll explore the Acropolis, the iconic symbol of ancient Greece, and visit the renowned Acropolis Museum—one of Europe’s finest—featuring exquisite collections of ancient statues, vases, and marble panels. Beyond the main attractions, we’ll dive into the daily life of ancient Athenians at the historic Agora before strolling through the charming streets of Plaka and Monastiraki, often referred to as the “neighborhoods of the Gods.”
